With over a decade of hands-on healthcare experience, Alisha Hill brings a unique combination of compassionate caregiving, senior living leadership, and a deep commitment to preserving the dignity and independence of those she serves.

Her professional journey spans direct patient care, residential senior living, discharge planning, and healthcare leadership. Through her experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Family Model Provider, and senior living professional, Alisha has developed a firsthand understanding of what residents and families truly need: personalized attention, genuine compassion, consistency, and a place that feels like home.

Inspired by her belief that exceptional care should extend beyond meeting basic needs, Alisha founded Serenity Estates Private Living to offer a more intimate and elevated residential experience—one where comfort, meaningful engagement, independence, and quality of life remain at the heart of everyday living.
